"Ständchen" is number four of fourteen lieder in the song-cycle entitled "Schwanengesang," D 957, by Franz Schubert. This section was composed in 1828 and post-humously published in 1829.
 
The song-cycle used the poetry of two different poets: Ludwig Rellstab and Heinrich Heine. "Ständchen" is based on a poem by Rellstab.
